Returns Policy

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss of mail or other incidents. International customers must provide a telephone number. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS 
Our online store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item has been received, it cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order. No refund can be made if the customer bought the products discounted.

SIZING  
Please select your sizing carefully. Because we provide a sizing chart for each product and the option of assistance to help you in selecting the correct size, we do not offer refunds for the incorrect selection of size.

REPLACEMENTS 
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item(s). We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met: Items are defective - damaged / broken or soiled / dirty upon arrival.

Please do not return your purchase to sender address before receiving confirmed instructions from us via email. Firstly, send us an email stating your concern, attaching a clear and dated photo of the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the package, in order for a replacement to be applicable. The photo must display the size and the original packaging. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before making decision regarding the replacement.

LOST PACKAGES
Customers are asked to enter the correct addresses carefully, otherwise the package will not be delivered. If the package gets lost due to the customer providing the wrong address, our store won't be held responsible for its loss.

If packages are lost but the product becomes sold out on our store, you will receive a store credit of your order's value plus a 15% discount offered. Note: Our store cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order? We are working with lean process methods that allow us to send a package within 4 hours after we receive your order, that is how we can achieve such short delivery time. For this reason, no cancellations are to be made once you have successfully placed your order. Kindly make sure your items are finalised upon check-out. 

Kindly note that our shipping information is published in the description of each product. By proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges our shipping terms.

REFUNDS (If applicable)
All refunds will be made within 24, it may take up to 3-5 business days before the fund is reflected in the customer's bank account. For late or missing refunds (if applicable), double check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
